A LITTLE ABOUT THE BOAT
She is 45 ft in length at the water line and 50 ft overall, has a beam of 14.6 ft with six bunks forward and four aft. She has ample secure all round deck space and at the helm she is fitted with the latest electronics.

WHERE DO WE LEAVE FROM & STAY OVERNIGHT?
You board the vessel at the 1770 Marina. You are invited to sleep onboard the night before the early morning departure and the night of return if required. We navigate the channel out of Round Hill Creek leaving Round Hill headland heading for an area towards Fitzroy Reef. Depending on the amount of days at sea and the weather conditions, anchoring can be anywhere from Lady Musgrave Island to North Reef Island in the Capricorn/Bunker groups of coral reefs and islands, Fitzroy Reef area, being central, is the most used on shorter trips. On departing 1770 it is about a four hour sea trip to the first fishing area west of the reef.

1770 / Agnes Water is a beautiful little part of the Queensland coast approximately five and a half hours from Brisbane City and halfway between Gladstone and Bundaberg. When travelling to 1770 / Agnes Water from the southern parts of Queensland I suggest to travel via Bundaberg. The route is 40 kilometres shorter than through Miriam Vale. The road is now bitumen all the way now, whether you take the Bundaberg or Miriam Vale route. I look forward to having you on board. We thrive on fun and catching plenty of fish!
